  • Shipping & Delivery
  • We currently ship USPS or UPS. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • International
  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Smart Keyboard Solutions is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Product Warranties & Returns


    30 Day Product Guarantee
    Smart Keyboard Solutions offers a thirty (30) day guarantee on any product that we sell. The guarantee states that any product returned to us for any reason within the thirty day period will be fully refunded with the following provisions:

    • Defective Product Return. If the product is defective, at the discretion of Smart Keyboard Solutions, either a new product will be sent to you or a refund issued. The defective product must be returned at the customer's expense. If a new product is to be sent, shipping will be at Smart Keyboard Solutions' expense.
    • Non-Defective Product Return. If you are returning a good product (one that is not defective), a ten percent (10%) restocking fee will be deducted from the price of the product. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded in such a case.


    Shipping Damage

    In most cases, shipping damage to products are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If you receive a package that is obviously damaged, you should point out the damage to the carrier's representative to ensure that they record the damage. The carrier's representative can provide you with information as to how to go about the claim for reimbursement for the loss. It is important to note that, in the event of obvious shipping damage, Smart Keyboard Solutions is not responsible for replacing the product at no cost or in filing any paperwork that the carrier might require.

    If you do not discover the damage until after you open the package, you should contact Smart Keyboard Solutions immediately by email at service@smartkeyboardsolutions.com or by phone at 602-275-1988. Please retain all packing materials in the event that the carrier needs to see them for the claim.

    Manufacturer's Warranty
    While Smart Keyboard Solutions offers a thirty day warranty, many manufacturers of products we sell offer a longer warranty. If you discover a defect or a problem with the product during the first thirty days, you should contact Smart Keyboard Solutions by email at service@smartkeyboardsolutions.com or by phone at 602-275-1988 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number will authorize you to return the product to Smart Keyboard Solutions for refund or exchange. You should write the RMA on the outside of the box in large numbers for easy identification.

    If you discover the product defect after the thirty day period following shipment of the product to you, you should check the product documentation or the manufacturer's web site for procedures to return or exchange the product. Do not return the product to Smart Keyboard Solutions after the thirty day period has lapsed.

    Return Merchandise Authorization
    A Return Merchandise Authorization is simply a number that allows Smart Keyboard Solutions to track your return to ensure that you receive an exchange or refund. If you feel that you have a defective product or would like to return a non-defective product within the initial thirty day period after shipment, you should contact Smart Keyboard Solutions by email at service@smartkeyboardsolutions.com or by phone at 602-275-1988 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You should record this number and write it on the outside of the box you are using to return the product. Any product that arrives without a RMA number on the outside will be refused and returned to sender.

    Upon receipt of the product with the RMA number, you will be notified by email (if email address is available) of the arrival and the pending disposition of the return.

    Smart Keyboard Solutions Products
    Smart Keyboard Solutions warranties all of the products it manufactures to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days. If you find that an Smart Keyboard Solutions product is defective, you should contact Smart Keyboard Solutions by email at service@smartkeyboardsolutions.com or by phone at 602-275-1988 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Smart Keyboard Solutions will, at it's discretion, send a replacement product or issue a refund for the purchase (less the shipping and handling charges).

    Non-Smart Keyboard Solutions Products
    Smart Keyboard Solutions sells a wide range of products that are manufactured by other companies. These products are covered under our initial thirty day warranty period. If you wish to return the product for any reason, it is subject to a ten percent (10%) deduction for a restocking fee. In such a case, we would not refund the shipping and handing costs. If a product is returned as defective, Smart Keyboard Solutions will, at it's discretion, either replace the product with an exact duplicate or refund the cost of the product. If we test the product and find that it is not defective, then the return will be handled as an ordinary return that is subject to a restocking fee.

    Canceling an Order
    We strive to fill orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel an order, it may have already shipped. If we have not shipped the product, we will be happy to cancel the order at not charge to you. If the product has already shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policies outlined in this page.

    Defective and Good Product Returns
    We will exchange or refund for defective products that are returned to Smart Keyboard Solutions within the thirty day period after product shipment. We test all returned products upon receipt. If it is found that a product returned as defective is not defective, then a refund will be issued to the customer for the price of the product less a ten percent (10%) re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

    Custom Products
    Because custom products are unique by nature and specifically designed for a particular customer for a unique job, there can be no refunds except for defects in manufacture. Once the customer signs off on the final proof, the customer is responsible for the full payment.

    When corresponding with our office about an order, please include as much information about the order as possible including customer number, order number, date, and products ordered.

    MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Smart Keyboard Solutions with respect to this Web site.
